Shipping policy

Items marked with "Made to Order" require 5-7 business days BEFORE shipping. Items will be shipped as soon as completed. Once items are in the possession of the post office, I do not have control of them. I will help as much as I can with any shipping issues however, it is in the hands of the post office.
